Integrity Software is pioneering this time-saving approach to its product training, helping customers to reduce time spent out of the office. By conducting condensed one-on-one training on specific aspects of the Evolution and Mardak systems online they are also able to reduce the mileage otherwise spent travelling to and from a training session, not only reducing CO2 emissions but also the travelling costs as a result.
Once a customer requests this form of training, an Integrity Software training consultant will simply call the customer to discuss requirements and arrange to meet online at a convenient time, where they can both access the relevant system via the user-friendly online meeting software at a click of a button. This process does not replace Integrity’s standard training options for customers, either at their own offices or at a training centre, but it does aim to provide flexibility for busy contractors facing industry pressures.
“This option is ideally suited to smaller contractors and sub-contractors where perhaps one person or a small team of people work together, and time in the office is limited, while time out on site on a job needs to be maximised to maintain productivity,” explains Justin Moule, Integrity Software’s Construction Division Managing Director.
“The online option is also perfect for those customers who already use the system, but want to get up to speed with a new or existing module or new piece of functionality.”
