As part of our commitment to our employees development, we have a promote from within policy. When a new role becomes available it is always advertised internally as well as externally, as we are keen to help our staff progress in their career.

Remote Working

With the move towards more remote or hybrid working, we have fully embraced a remote working culture. We give all our employees the option to work from home or the office, with many choosing a mixture of the two.

We also provide our employees with all the equipment they would need to effectively carry out their role at home. We believe allowing our employees to work remotely encourages productivity and builds a relationship of trust between colleagues.

Employee Assistance Program

Our employees wellbeing is very important to us here at Integrity Software. For this reason, we have an Employee Assistance Program in place that all our employees are free to access. This program provides a 24/7 confidential helpline and counselling, as we encourage all understand how important mental health is. This service also offers advice and information on things such as finance management and housing.

Refer a Friend Scheme

If our employees know someone that has the skills to do the job we are hiring for, we trust them. We're always looking for talented people to join are team and we're always grateful for our employees recommendations. There are also rewards available as part of our refer a friend scheme.

Private Health Insurance

We like to make sure that we're doing all we can to look after our employees, which is why we offer them a private health insurance scheme. This ensures all our employees have access to the best medical care and helps them look after their physical and mental health.

I have worked at two other organisations but neither compared to my time at Integrity Software. Upon joining the Support team, I was quickly impressed by the experience and skills of my fellow team members.

Team Building

We love to celebrate our teams successes by arranging for funded team building and social events. This gives all our employees the chance to get to know each other better, whilst also having fun! Previous activities include an escape room, museum visits, quizzes and much more.

Christmas Parties

Our annual Christmas parties are the perfect way to celebrate the festive season. The funded parties are a great chance to catch up with colleagues whilst spreading some holiday cheer!
