Hill secure build of 300 new homes at much loved Oxford estate

Long time Evolution Mx customer Hill are getting ready to start construction of nearly 300 new affordable homes, shops and public area in Oxford.

A new centre at the Blackbird Leys estate will include 210 new homes with a further 84 traditional three-storey houses for shared ownership to be built at Knights Road. This will replace the existing centre that is due to be demolished at the end of next month.

Planning permission has been granted in outline, there is a submission due this Spring for more detailed planning.

With many concerned about affordable homes, this project brings a much-needed update and new life to the area.
