Integrity Software are delighted to welcome Arcona Developments as the very latest company to choose Evolution Mx as their main accounting, project costing and payroll system.

The Wexford based company specialise in residential developments and renovations and needed a fully integrated Construction specific accounting and project costing system to overcome the challenges that they were having using a generic accounting system and other programmes and tools. Their objective was to find an a single management system that brings together their workflows, processes and tasks together into a single source for their information and help them achieve accurate, timely data on each area of their business and projects.

There was also a desire to attain more real time project costing information while also getting greater visibility of committed cost values by using a fully integrated Procurement system for materials and subcontractors.

Using Evolution Mx offers Arcona a fully integrated core financial, payroll and project costing system and together with our Document Management module, mobile Purchase Orders and Mobile Goods Received Notes will also help them minimise paperwork and track deliveries on site in an efficient manner.
