Supplier & Subcontractor Tendering

How does it work?

With this module, you can easily create tenders from imported product libraries before sending to the relevant supplier. 

Once tender prices are received back these can be recorded and easily compared by displaying the different supplier prices all on one screen.

After selecting your chosen supplier/product combinations, the required purchase orders can be automatically generated. 

Select Suppliers by Trade

Suppliers can now be grouped into your own defined trade categories. This allows you to globally create and email tenders directly to multiple suppliers, saving the hassle of going through and emailing suppliers individually.

Subcontractors 

This module can also be used to generate tenders for supply of subcontract services or packages, making it really easy to get the best prices for all the elements required on a contract.
