Benefits of Plant Management

  • Can be used for both owned and hired items
  • Store all documentation
  • Reminders for return from site as well as service/calibration, etc checks
  • Integration with purchase orders
  • Ability to easily create custom dashboards & reports
  • Simple costs versus revenue overview

How does it work?

Our Plant Management module allows you to register and control plant items, whether they're owned, leased or hired. Documents related to these items can also be recorded, such as PAT test dates, insurance certificates, photos, etc.

As this module is fully integrated with the rest of your accounting software, costs are recorded against specific contracts and invoices can be easily matched to purchase orders. On hire reporting and reminders ensures that plant is not left on site longer than it needs to be.

Reporting

Our Plant Management module makes reporting easy. Along with standard reports you can define your own reports and dashboards containing the relevant details that you need.

EvolutionMx lets you easily keep track of your items, clearly displaying where your items currently are, as well as when they are due back.

With the simple summary screen you can easily monitor your profits, as this shows overall Purchase Ledger costs as well as internal revenue charges in relation to the plant.

Integration

Full integration with the Contract ledger transfers costs relating to plant usage and hire.

Links with Purchase Orders and Invoicing allow you to accurately match plant hire invoices to completed or ongoing purchase orders.

Plant Management can also be linked to our Fixed Assets module, with calculated depreciation charges transferred as a cost to plant items.
