City Gate Construction (CGC) progress with systems upgrade

The business has a growing order book and employs over 150 staff across eight divisions which cover Construction, Maintenance and Refurbishment projects in Scotland and England; from joinery & fit-out to Civils, New Build & Steel.

When the business needed to consider further investment in digitising aspects of the office workflow and contract administration, it needed to look no further than its current provider, Integrity Software. Having used the Evolution suite of systems for many years, CGC understood it had a long established partnership which it could call on for further advice.

By updating systems to the latest Evolution Mx platform, the business could continue to manage its reactive maintenance, scheduling as well as embed improved analytical reporting and electronic invoice management. Moving forward, the business can also digitise its internal and external paperwork to expand the reach of systems to site staff via mobile forms management.
