JDM Technology Group Acquires Buildlogic

Integrity Software's parent company JDM Technology Group, a global leader in construction software solutions, has acquired Buildlogic, a leading Australian construction management software company.

This strategic acquisition further enhances JDM’s extensive construction software portfolio and bolsters its presence in the Australian and Asia-Pacific markets. 

With offices across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth, Buildlogic has established itself as a trusted provider of innovative construction management solutions. Tailored to the unique needs of developers, builders, and contractors in Australia, New Zealand, and the broader Asia-Pacific region, Buildlogic is renowned for its user-friendly interface and robust feature set. Its solutions streamline essential processes such as project planning, budget management, document management, and contractor coordination.
