E. Clarke (Castletown-Geoghegan) Ltd is a second-generation family run electrical contracting business based in Co. Westmeath, Ireland. Formed in 1988, the growing company has built up a reputation for providing a reliable, efficient service while working alongside Ireland’s leading contractors.

Through the years, the company has been engaged in public and private sector contracts, including many in the education sector and are currently contracted on the new high profile Google offices and campus at Boland’s Quay, Dublin.

Streamlining their approach to projects

Director Pat Clarke outlined that they had been building their management systems and streamlining their approach to their projects over the last number of years and the time was now right to develop this further by implementing a fully integrated Accounting, Job Costing and Purchase Ordering system.

With Integrity Software’s Evolution M software they will now have the power to increase their controls and visibility over procurement, while also viewing all costs on each project for all labour, subcontractors and materials in real-time.

Reducing the use of paper and file storage

The company strives to improve their processes and maximise on efficiency so implementation of Evolution M’s fully integrated Document Management software was also high on their list of priorities. Document Management will enable all their staff to reduce the use of paper in their offices and offer easy access to documents held on file electronically.
