How does it work?
Employees can use the Time Portal mobile option to easily record how many hours they have worked. This can be done by selecting a start and finish time or by simply inputting the number of hours.
Once this data is input, it can go through an approval process before being sent directly to the Payroll for processing.
Accurate Labour Costs
A key benefit of using the Time Portal module is the ability to easily record hours worked against specific contracts. This allows for more accurate reporting and monitoring of labour costs.
When an employee submits their hours worked this is entered into a workflow for approval. The approval process can accept or amend the entries before passing them to the payroll department.
The Time Portal displays a summary of an employee's annual leave, including annual allowance, days taken and days remaining.
This allows employees to keep track of their own, up to date holiday records.
The HR module can also be used in conjunction to facilitate holiday requests that can pass through an approval process, via email.
