Business Process Consultancy / Technical Executive meetings
An additional service that we provide to supported customers is a system review by one of our senior consultants. The primary objective of the review is to ensure that you are getting the most from your system (and hence from your investment).
Although the system will have been setup to meet the needs of your business when it was originally installed, businesses change over time and our consultants will review how you currently use the system to make sure it is configured to meet your current needs. If appropriate we will recommend changes where improvements can be made. We also consider modules not currently being used to review if and how they can benefit your businesses efficiency.
