Many of our customers have been using our solutions and working with us for well over 10 years so we understand that the business and accounting software that companies use must provide a long-term foundation on which to run your business. So we build relationships with our customers that enable them to maximise the benefits they obtain from our systems over the long term.

Firstly, we appoint an experienced Account Manager for every customer, whose responsibility it is to ensure that customers are delighted with the service that we provide and that they are kept aware of all that we can offer. In addition we provide the following opportunities for interaction between our companies, which we believe creates an interactive package for users which sets us apart from other vendors.

Weekly webinar sessions

Every week we hold live webinar sessions covering topics relating to our software. Free for users to view, topics range from accounting procedures, best practice hints and tips to new product functionality overviews. Plus, recorded versions are available to reference back to at a later date.

Monthly Road Show events

Free to attend, our regional Road Show events provide users of the software the chance to come and speak to any member of the team to answer queries, review system processes and learn about new features and services available to them.

User Think Tank sessions

We are dedicated to developing our software to continually improve the efficiency of businesses within the Construction Industry. Our customer Think Tank programme allows users to raise new ideas, comment on new functionality and suggest enhancements to improve their business processes.
