Integrity Software renews commitment to the Lighthouse Charity, ensuring that welfare and wellbeing support is in sight, on every site

Did you know that EVERY single working day in the UK two construction workers take their own life, and that stress, anxiety and depression accounts for a fifth of all work- related illness?

Lighthouse Charity are as passionate as ever about addressing mental health in the construction industry. At Integrity we are proud to be able to support them in their mission, alongside the team at Make It Visible. The Make It Visible Taskforce is part of the Lighthouse Charity who focus on the health and wellbeing of workers in the construction industry, with the aim of reducing suicide, improve the welfare of the workforce and spread awareness of the support available.

If you are struggling, there is help. No worker in construction or their family should be alone in a crisis. Within construction welfare, we shout about safety, but whisper about mental health. When life throws unexpected challenges at us, asking for help is a strength.
