The award, which was presented to Integrity Software at the official ceremony on 19th November in London, was the culmination of weeks of voting from the readers of Construction Computing Magazine and its editorial team.
Payroll PLUS, which is an additional module for the Evolution™ accounting package, provides businesses with a tool to help manage their day to day HR functions. As such, it is possible to record ongoing records of employee holiday entitlement and absences, keeping track of the impact that this has on daily workloads
For example, by using Payroll PLUS it is possible to identify a job that has been allocated to a member of staff who falls unavailable on that day, so that the job can be moved on to an alternative employee. This results in minimal disruption to the business and its staff.
Due to the nature of certain jobs, specific skills may be required to undertake the work professionally. Payroll PLUS allows contractors to record all employee and sub-contractor skills and qualifications in a detailed skills matrix, alerting the user when an employee has a skill or qualification that is due to expire.
For health and safety reporting purposes, it is also possible to keep a record of any accidents that occur on site, making note of the member of staff, the injury and the location.
Justin Moule, Business Development Director for Integrity Software, said, “We are extremely proud to win this award and be recognised for the innovation Integrity can bring to its customers’ businesses.
This proves Integrity Software’s position as a well-established supplier to the construction sector. Since we launched the Payroll PLUS module earlier this year it has continued to grow in popularity and offers our customers a complete package by which to control and manage the HR side of their business.”
