Having diversified over recent years, Birmingham-based Flemming Construction Group have seen steady growth since 1994 and the multi-skilled group now consist of;  Flemming and Son, Flemming Construction Ltd, Flemming Property & Development Ltd and Catercare UK Ltd.

Having used Integrity Software’s Evolution product for many years, Directors Dorian Flemming & Paula Flemming recognised that although they had benefitted from Integrity’s strong support over many years, they also needed to make further administrative time efficiencies and impose a slicker back-office workflow for purchasing as well as linking out to field based staff for Works Orders.

The Group also considered a more generic offering from Pegasus at the time, but it was paramount for the company to retain an integrated Jobcosting & Accounts system as well as feeding Job and Nominal updates from PDA devices in a single package.  

Using the Works Order solution, field based staff could receive a reactive job to their mobile device, manage risk assessment information and upload details back to the Rubery Head Office, along with customer sign-off and photographs.

Office based staff are able to use Document Management for document sharing and compliance, assisting the business to cut through the copious amounts of paperwork.

Though Evolution has served the business very well, the upgrade to Evolution M enables Flemming Construction Group to facilitate their growth plans within a single, scalable solution without compromising the solid support they encounter with Integrity team.
