Justin Moule kicks off proceedings by running users through the plan for the day

With lots for users to get involved with, Justin ran through who was available from the team and gave some advice on how to get the most out of the day.

Users get their questions answered in the Accounts Clinic

Many benefited from meeting Matt Dineen, Shane Lake, Claire Boville and Anne Donnelly in the Accounts Clinic.

Development Manager Gary Cassinelli talks HR & Payroll in the Product Workshop Zone

Lots of different topics were covered on the day and Gary Cassinelli and Product Manager Chris Packham were able to get lots of ideas for the future development of our products.

The event took place at the impressive Ricoh Arena in the 'Jaguar Suite'. We didn't manage to get any further than the outside of the car parked by the room, despite Wasim's best efforts!

In the Presentation Zone Barry Douce and Kerrie Pittaway were talking through the changes and taking questions on RTI and auto-enrolment Pension Reforms throughout the day.

Customers round off the day working through queries in the Accounts Clinic

The team was on hand throughout the day to work through specific queries users had, or simply to talk through how they use the system on a daily basis to spot where subtle improvements can be made to help.
