UI Developer

As a UI Developer at Integrity Software, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience and visual design of our award-winning software products.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to convert concepts into visually impressive designs that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Your ability to think creatively and simplify complexity will be essential in creating intuitive user interfaces for desktop and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing look and feel
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs
• Implement modern software design trends to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
• Ensure designs are responsive and optimised for various devices and screen sizes
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs
• Maintain a strong understanding of information architecture, visual design, and interaction design principles
• Apply best practices in web design and ensure compliance with accessibility standards
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies
• Work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating self-motivation and a collaborative spirit

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity
• Proficient in converting concepts into visually impressive designs using design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar
• Ability to think creatively and simplify complex problems into user-friendly solutions
• Strong understanding of modern software design trends and best practices
• Experience in designing responsive interfaces for both desktop and mobile applications
• Solid understanding of information architecture, visual design, and interaction design principles
• Knowledge of web best practices and accessibility standards in design
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
• Experience in agile development environments
