The Subcontractor Management Process

In the construction industry, the majority of projects include the hiring and managing of subcontractors. Subcontractors have always played an important role in helping construction companies complete projects, by providing the skills they need to get the job done, without having to directly employ people.

Project Delivery

The second step in the subcontractor management process is product delivery. 

Once your subcontractor has been verified, they can now start working for you to complete their set tasks. This is where managing subcontractors in construction can often get tricky.
