Following the announcement from HMRC to implement the biggest change to PAYE legislation in over 60 years, Integrity Software set about designing a training programme to ensure all systems were compliant and all of its construction software users were aware of how the changes would affect them.
With the new legislation due to go live on the 6th April 2013, Integrity concluded their dedicated RTI Training Programme last week, which has successfully prepared all of its construction software payroll users for the changes.
Over 90% of customers took the option of attending an RTI Training Workshop, held at 10 locations throughout the UK over the past 3 months.
Kerrie Pittaway, Customer Relationship Manager at Integrity commented, "We felt it was important to walk customers through the changes and help them understand how the new legislation would affect not only their system, but the way their internal processes may need to adapt following the introduction of RTI. The positive feedback we received from customers certainly reinforced that our workshop training programme was a very worthwhile exercise".
In addition to the RTI Training Workshops, all Integrity Software customers now have access to an online RTI Knowledge Centre, allowing them refer back to useful guides and videos regarding the various submissions and requirements of Real Time Information.
