Garenne Shopfitting use Evolution M’s Additional Modules to Aid Expansion

A loyal customer since 2010, Garenne Shopfitting have recently added to their Evolution M system by acquiring the Purchase Order Processing and Excel Automation & Dashboard modules. The reason behind Garenne’s additional investment was the desire to bring cost functionality in house alongside the convenience of having everything in one place.

Garenne are a continuously growing business who enjoy working with well-known brands such as; Tommy Hilfiger, Hobbs, Gant, Monsoon Accessorize and Under Armour. This continued expansion coupled with the increased functionality provided by the new modules has meant that Garenne have recognised the need to purchase additional user licenses. The increase in licences allows more of the Garenne team to quickly and easily access the information they need. By having more functionality in one place, the company’s directors have a clearer snapshot on how the business is currently performing.

More about the modules

Purchase Order Processing Module:
Enables the production and management of material and subcontractor orders, providing full control through to payment process. Every PO raised from the system has been authorised by the relevant personnel before dispatching via post, email or fax to a supplier. At any point in time the system is able to quickly tell you details about all orders placed with suppliers and subcontractors.

Excel Automation & Dashboards Module:
Allows data to be pulled from multiple sources (for example, the nominal and contract ledgers) and automatically exported to Excel. Data can also be viewed in a dashboard to give you a snapshot of a project or contract and viewed by anyone associated with the job. User access levels can be set so that only the relevant users can edit or view data keeping your sensitive business information secure.
