Clients Email & Fax their Documents!

We are very pleased that we have our first client set up and running the facility to email and fax documents.

Mardak Construction Accounts offers the ability to email or fax a document directly to the recipient. This can be any document such as statements, remittances, purchase orders and invoices etc...

After considering the benefits this functionality would bring to their business, Powells Shopfitting Ltd have decided to implement this feature.

Rob Austin, Consultant for Mardak Ltd worked on the set up of the feature for Powells. He commented "It is incredibly easy for this to be set up. It simply takes between 30 minutes to an hour.  The only time consuming element in getting this live is obtaining and inputting your suppliers’ and subcontractors’ email addresses. However, once done, the time saving on administration work is superb!"

As well as the considerable saving on administration time. This feature notably reduces costs previously involved in the sending out of documents, such as printing, envelopes and mailing costs. 

For companies who are concerned about the impact their business is having on the environment, this feature of Mardak Construction Accounts provides a greener alternative and will see companies significantly reduce the amount of paper used on a daily basis.
