Every project begins with a Pre-Implementation meeting where our Project Manager and members of the Project Team meet with your project staff.
Through this meeting we will together define and agree a project plan with realistic goals and sensible allocation of time so that we can transition to the new system whilst your staff still perform their normal tasks.
Business consultancy
Our Consultants have experience of the business processes and systems in many other construction companies and they will share this knowledge and experience with you. As well as advising on how our systems can be implemented to meet your current requirements, they will allow for growth and change in the configuration and may recommend improvements to your existing processes to improve efficiency or to provide improved management information and control.
Implementation consultancy
An experienced consultant will advise on alternative options for the configuration of the system to ensure that it is designed to work in the way that you want to and provides the information you need to run your business most effectively. This may vary by division or operating company depending on your requirements. Where this means changes to the way that the company has been working, advice will also be given to manage the implications of any change.
