Financial accounting package

Evolution Standard contains all the elements of a standard accounting system (Nominal / Sales & Purchase Ledgers / Payroll & Fixed Assets)

It also contains a fully integrated contract ledger plus the ability to handle construction specific requirements such as subcontractors & CIS.

Integrated job costing module

Central to the Evolution Standard system is the ability to manage individual projects using the integrated contract management module. At a click of a button the system enables you to view individual contract performance from a sales, cost, payroll and cash perspective.

A true reflection of Work in Progress (WIP) can be seen as both provisional costs and income are recorded on contracts you are able to see true costs on a contract at any date in time.

Budgets are entered on the various elements throughout the life of a contract, therefore you receive a prior warning of overspend on a contract.

Subcontractors including CIS

Evolution Standard includes a subcontractors ledger which stores, manages and provides the information required to submit your CIS returns quickly and securely to the HMRC.
