Appointment and scheduling of engineers
The Works Order module within Evolution M allows the back office to log the order on the system and immediately plan and allocate an engineer to carry out the work via the use of handheld technology (PDA).
Information passed to the engineer is time stamped providing complete visibility of the status on an order at any point in time.
Mobile communication with engineers
Once a job is allocated to an engineer, the office then have complete visibility of the whereabouts of the engineer. The engineer captures information via a PDA and feeds information back to Evolution M, including time of arrival, mileage travelled, time of completion etc feeding back useful images and notes in the process.
Forms can also be completed such as CP12, risk assessments and customer satisfaction forms.
Fast invoicing
As all data is captured and timestamped via the PDA, upon completion of the job the back office staff can immediately raise the necessary invoices.
Service Level Agreement reporting
A built in report writer extracts the required information for reporting back to your clients relevant KPI information.
