We added a dedicated Plant Management module to our Evolution Enterprise solution to allow businesses to gain greater cost control over their plant assets.
Within Plant Management, the costs associated with Plant are allocated to the relevant contract within Mardak so you can see exactly what your Plant items are costing the business.

Track the locations of Plant items
Evolution Enterprise provides visibility of both your internal (owned) and hired in plant items' locations at any time assisting with the planning of contracts, helping to identify where internal plant can be used and where the business needs to hire in an item.
Plant Management also allows items to be easily transferred between different depots or other sites via an easy to use Location Manager.
Identify hidden Plant costs
Without accounting for the costs of Plant correctly, costs can often go un-noticed and bulk payments from the accounts team are incorrectly allocated against Plant, providing a false reflection of the costs of the business.
Plant Management allows costs to be allocated to individual items providing visibility of the profit / loss of individual plant items and allows you to see the impact such costs have on the contracts on which it has been used.
Efficient management of Plant items
Information relating to specific items such as insurance details, licence renewals and test dates can be stored centrally within the module.
This helps to manage the plant fleet and ensure key dates are not missed causing costly fines to the business.
View the availability of your Plant
Via our Plant Management module, items can quickly be set to unavailable if damaged or in for repair helping Contract Managers to plan the plant required for upcoming jobs.
The module also captures the date an item's status was updated, building up a history of all activity of a Plant item.
