Aside from offering ongoing customer service and support as you’d expect from any accounting software provider, we also hold customer events across the UK and Ireland. As you may know, last year’s events were a huge success, so we’ve taken your feedback on board and have planned some new and improved Integrity LIVE@ Events for 2016.

#1 Be fully prepared for the future

It goes without saying that as your business evolves, your software needs will change too. At Integrity we’re constantly working to improve and tweak our software – not only in response to regulation changes, but also so we can offer users additional features and functions. At Integrity LIVE@ Events, you can learn about the future of your accounting software including details on new and future modules and features such as mobile procurement and business analytics. With this knowledge, you can better plan your business decisions and prepare for the future.

#2 Sit down with a Support Team member

Our phone support services are of the highest quality, but in most cases face-to-face help is far preferable. The LIVE@ Events give you the chance to sit down for a one-on-one session with a member of our Support Team and resolve any issues you may be experiencing. It also means you can finally put a face to a name for our Support Team members who have helped through your accounting software journey.

With the huge number of features available to Integrity Software clients, you’d be forgiven for not using every single option that’s available to you. During our customer events, we hold a number of software hints and tips sessions, during which our experts will share nifty ways to utilise your software’s full potential.
